We think Jim Carrey (his real name is James Eugene Carrey)is the best rubber faced moviestar. He was born in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada,on January 17, 1962. He currently lives in Brentwood, California and his original family name - Carrè - is French. He left high school in the 9th grade so he doesn't have a high school diploma. Another funny fact is that he appeared in the 20th anniversary special for The Comedy Store wearing nothing but a sock on his privates!
As an actor Jim Carrey is very funny and enthusiastic. He labored for years on "In Living Color", exploded on the screen with "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective", which is also his defining role. Years earlier he had a supporting role in "Peggy Sue Got Married". Notable films that everyone knows are for example "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls", "The Mask", "Batman Forever", "The Truman Show", and "The Grinch".
We chose Jim Carrey because we have never seen a funnier comedian on the Hollywood scene, and because he is today's premier comedy talent. Furthermore, he can act serious roles too like The Truman Show shows.
