The Finnish Association of Principals is an organization for principals of schools providing general education, whose task is to promote its membership’s professional development, to participate in developing the principals’ working and pay conditions and the drafting and realization of national and international educational policy. The Finnish Association of Principals has about 1300 members. Our regional work is done through 22 local member associations.
