Tammijärvi primary school is one of two village schools in Luhanka area.
The school is situated in a picturesque place near the lake. We have our own beach and sauna. There are 57 pupils in grades 0 - 6 ( from 6 year to 12 years old ). We are very proud of our pre-school. There are 8 pupils there. They all are very kind and energetic. There are 4 class teachers, a special need teacher, a school assistant and a part time teacher of English.

We live in the countryside and most of the pupils live on farms.
