This project concept is a global concept of a project proposal for the European Commission (LLLP program, Key activity 3, ICT, transversal action). The basic idea is to develop in a two years project a “safe” web space for European Citizenship Education, based on the European values as democracy, freedom of speech, tolerance, minority rights etc.
