3b-luokka tutkii Comenius-projektissa ” House –T.E.A.C.H.” – House Tell Europe About Cultural Heritage Jyväskylän lyseota. Olemme vierailleet koulussa kerran, ottaneet kuvia ja haastatelleet rehtori Jorma Lempistä lyseon koulumuseossa. Hän kertoi meille koulun historiasta, nykyajasta ja tulevaisuudesta. Koulumuseossa kaikkein mielenkiintoisimmat esineet olivat oikea luuranko ja mammutin karva Venäjältä.
Lyseo valittiin tutkimuskohteeksemme, koska meidän T.E.A.C.H-projektimme arkkitehti Alvar Aalto suoritti yliopplastutkinnon koulussa v, 1916. Lisäksi luokanopettajamme Vesa pääsi koulusta ylioppilaaksi v. 1972.

Class 3B is studying in The Comenius-project ” House –T.E.A.C.H.” – House Tell Europe About Cultural Heritage about
Jyväskylä Lyseum. We have visited the school once, taked photos and taped the interview of the headmaster Jorma Lempinen in the school museum. He told us the history, the modern times and the future of the school.
In the school museum the most interesting things to our pupils were the real skeleton and the fur of a mammoth discovered in Russia. Our class study about Lyseum because it was the school where architect Alvar Aalto got his matriculation from Jyväskylä Classical Lyceum in 1916. Also our teacher Vesa got his matriculation from Jyväskylä Lyseum in 1972.
