In the spring of 2007 the teachers got the project started and the groups started to get to know each others. The pupils wrote little introductions of themselves and the teachers started to try to learn to use these pages. Lot's of new people and new things to learn! And so much fun!
In the next fall, in September and October of 2007 the actual project started. The children in each country were working with their national stories together with their teachers, getting to know the stories and the charactes in them. Different schools were using different methods doing this. All the schools have provided material (pictures and text) to our webpage here so that the others can see what is happening.
In the beginning of the year 2008 the writing of the new story began. 2-3 characters from each national story were chosen and introduced better to others. Then we will decided the order in which the countrys would write the story. Each school has one-two weeks to write their share and add it to the webpage in English. Then the next school will do the same.
